The Week After
After Runner's Week we start our 5-Day Running Challenge!
Both of our mid-week runs will be used to help attendees figure out which groups they should be running with and set a benchmark for the next 10 week programme. If you become a member of one of our online training squads then the result of your 5-Day Challenge Run will also be used to personalise the speeds of your programme.
