Couch to 5k Success
Learning about pacing and intervals has completely changed the way I run. I know it is important to run the best way for me and to not compare my journey to anyone else's. I would like to thank Conor and the members of the club for their continued support, I couldn't do this without you!!
You can Transform into a Runner!
Very friendly. You don’t need to be a runner to join , as with the support of the coach and your running friends, you can be transformed into a runner. Want to walk instead? No problem join the walking group. Age isn’t a barrier either. I joined when I was well into my 60’s. Conor designs a personal training plan for you. He’s always contactable for advice .
