June 17, 2016

Watch this short presentation on all the things you should prepare for a typical 5k, 10k, Half Marathon or Full Marathon race.
In this workshop Head Coach of Cheltenham Running Club runs through the key things you should be considering in the final 24 hours of your running event.

What types of food you should be eating the day before and for breakfast on race morning.

What to wear to suit the conditions on race day.

What to pack in your day bag and what to have available in your car.

What to do when you arrive at the venue and how to ensure you’re not left waiting for a portaloo in the final minutes before the race starts.
