Will You Run with the club or alone?
We have two Couch to 5k Squad memberships to allow for the fact most people cannot attend club training sessions and social events.
- Run times are Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm and Sundays at 9am.
- Joining the membership with attendance also gains you access to a Monday night Yoga Class at 6:30pm and a Strength Circuits Class on Wednesdays at 7:30pm
- Those able to attend are also invited to Small Group Exercise Technique Sessions over a 3 week period where members learn how to improve strength and prevent injury.
None are compulsory but running with others can help.
