I joined CRC in April 2018 on the recommendation of a friend. I had been ill for a couple of months and wanted to get back into running. The coach, Conor, and the group as a whole are incredibly supportive and have kept me motivated throughout the year to keep running and keep fit. I recently ran my best ever 10k after joining the 10k squad and hope to join the half marathon squad in the new year.read more

Love CRC :) I am a full time mum so I rarely (never 😣) have a chance to go to club runs so my training programme is all online.. Conor writes a programme for me and I am part of a Facebook group of people trying to achieve the same goal.. I defo couldn’t have ran the Cheltenham half as well as I did if it wasn’t for Conor and the CRC.. we have an incredibly dedicated and passionate coach who answers any questions whenever he can (including evenings and weekends, in addition to having his own young family to look after as well) and very lovely club members (both whom I’ve spoken to on the online groups and who have welcomed me with open arms at the races I’ve taken part in as part of the CRC).. highly recommended 👍read more
