Conor Graham started Cheltenham Running Club in 2013 and went on to create a Beginner Runners Programme which has now helped over 100 people to run 5k and beyond. Many of these were unable to complete the NHS Couch to 5k let alone run for more than a couple of minutes.
Conor's experience as a qualified Personal Trainer and Running Coach culminated in a course which gently progresses fitness and empowers participants to run without the need for a celebrity voice in their earphones.
