Once you've registered you'll be invited into a closed Facebook Group where you can motivate and encourage other participants. As well as share your progress throughout the week.
You'll receive emails with instructions for the week including informative videos to watch on days 1, 3 and 5. These lessons will be all important to helping you get the most out of the challenge.
Then it's RUN TIME! On day 2 you'll choose a length of run from 2, 3, 4 or 5k. This first run will guage where your ability lies. We will encourage you to put into practice the lessons provided when it comes to your second run on day 4, so you do even better.
Finally, we'll open up the voting for all participants of the challenge so you can vote for who's most deserving of 1st, 2nd and 3rd, for awards like 'most improved' and so on. But you'll have to complete the challenge to be in with a chance of winning!
