About the Coach

Conor Graham, is a full time fitness professional living in Cheltenham with his wife, Georgina and children Tyler and Ivy. He has been coaching runners and those striving to get fit since 2001 when he started his first fitness company STS Fitness Ltd.

We've run seven 10k Squads now and this has allowed me to coach over 80 members from having just run their first 5k to running in their first ever 10k event.

Personal bests are a common occurrence among those who've run 10k in the past but they all comment about the lack of injuries along the way
